The size and weight of your item will affect the supplier used, smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail and for larger items we use Parcelforce.
- Orders under 2 kilograms will be delivered by Royal Mail using a 2D barcode to confirm delivery or attempted delivery.
- Orders over 2 kilograms will be sent by Parcelforce which is a fully tracked service and you will receive a one-hour delivery window which will be confirmed by text message on the day of delivery. (Please provide your mobile telephone number to benefit from the text alert service).
To make your products available more easily, we provide FREE DELIVERY (3 – 5 working days) to all customers in mainland United Kingdom, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isles and Ireland. This restriction is due to surcharges imposed by our delivery partners. If your postcode is featured in the drop down below you will be required to pay for delivery, please contact us on [email protected] for a delivery quote.

Free Delivery is not possible to addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Isles and Ireland. Please contact us at [email protected] for a delivery quote if you need to deliver to these areas.
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed but we will do our best to make sure all estimated delivery times are met.
If you do not receive your goods within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been dispatched.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.
If there is a problem with your delivery address, we may find it necessary to contact you before the goods are shipped to confirm this. Goods will not be dispatched until we receive confirmation from yourself.
In the event that the carrier has difficulty delivery your goods, we may contact you for further delivery information or delivery instructions in order to assist the delivery.
